DJM was established in March 1993 to provide

high quality management consulting services to Australian companies.

Since its inception, the firm has successfully completed over 80 business plans, marketing plans and diagnostic reviews. In 1995, in response to customer needs, DJM started offering professional implementation services to help clients realise the plans and strategies developed. These implementation services covered - government grant applications, telemarketing, direct mail, market research, export marketing, web site design, internet marketing, graphic design, equity finance (venture capital), and technology licensing.

To further reinforce DJM's commitment to offering high quality services, in 1997 DJM obtained Queensland government certification for its quality assurance system to

AS/NZS ISO 9001:1994.

The principal of DJM was also accredited as a Business Planning,

Marketing, Export Marketing and Operations Improvement Consultant with the Department of State Development’s QIDS scheme and under AusIndustry’s NIES program prior to 1999. With this accreditation, DJM was able to offer clients attractive government subsidies (50%) for a variety of consulting and implementation projects.

From this background, DJM Consulting has grown into a specialist grant consultancy with a solid client base drawn from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra. Our grant consultancy covers both state and federal government grants within Australia as well as a growing knowledge of federal grants system within USA.
