DJM Consulting was established in March 1993 to provide high quality management consulting services to Queensland companies.

Since its inception, the firm has successfully completed over 80 business plans, marketing plans and diagnostics. In 1995, in response to customer needs, DJM started offering professional implementation services to help clients realise the plans and strategies developed. These implementation services now cover - government grant applications, telemarketing, direct mail, market research, export marketing, web site design, internet marketing, graphic design, equity finance, debt refinancing, technology licensing, software development, and system implementation. To further reinforce DJM's commitment to offering high quality services, in 1997 DJM obtained Queensland government certification for its quality assurance system to AS/NZS ISO 9001:1994.

The principal of DJM Consulting, Darren Morris, is also accredited as a Business Planning, Marketing, Export Planning and Operations Improvement Consultant with the Department of State Development. With this accreditation, DJM Consulting is able to offer clients attractive government subsidies (50%) for a variety of consulting and implementation projects.
