  • The company was installing a new, state-of-the-art printing press. DJM developed a marketing plan to ensure the new press would be operating at full capacity as soon as possible. This plan was implemented first at DJM’s premises and after six months transferred to the client’s premises. DJM chaired weekly Sales Team Meetings to keep the marketing plan on track for a further six months.

Outcome:

  • The outcome of DJM’s efforts for the company was a 20% increase in sales, a 5% increase in Gross Profit margin and a healthier bottom line.
