developed a marketing plan to ensure the new press would be operating
at full capacity as soon as possible. This plan was implemented first
at DJMs premises and after six months transferred to the clients
premises. DJM chaired weekly Sales Team Meetings to keep the marketing
plan on track for a further six months.
